Future

image In recent years, the City has experienced the dramatic revitalization of many of Dearborn's neighborhoods, schools, shopping districts and business centers, along with multi-million dollar investments to industrial and manufacturing facilities. Within a five year span approximately $2 billion is being invested in Dearborn.

These investments include new retail, restaurants, condominiums, apartments, lofts, parking decks and streetscapes that have been built in or adjacent to Dearborn business districts. At the same time, a number of restaurants and businesses including auto dealerships have planned renovations and expansion of their facilities.

The Warren Avenue business corridor is recognized as a tremendous success in the creation of an authentic Middle Eastern district, drawing tens of thousands of visitors from throughout the region to an annual street fair.

Commercial investors continue to put millions of dollars into a variety of new projects throughout the City, reinforcing Dearborn's reputation as a great place to do business.

The future of Dearborn is extremely bright-thanks to a solid infrastructure and the talents of many people working together in a cooperative spirit to help drive innovation and growth in our region.
